Rooms: Loft and Suite
I Templari B&B Self-Contained, situated on the first floor (no elevator) of a historic Templari residence, offers a Loft and a Suite. Both are self-contained. Guests have access to a solarium on the roof terrace. The Loft is an open space with a double bed, an ottoman bed for a third guest, a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and a kitchenette with a table. The Suite has two bedrooms. Each apartment features a private entrance, air conditioning, and heating. Bicycles can be parked in the entrance hall.
Self-Catered Breakfast
The B&B operates on a self-contained basis. Breakfast provisions include homemade jams, local milk and butter, orange juice, biscuits, rusks, muesli, coffee, tea, chocolate, and Nescafé. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, and tea and coffee maker. For lunch, 'il rustico', puff pastry stuffed with tomato and mozzarella, can be found in all bars. The well-chilled rosé wine and 'friselline' seasoned with olive oil, cherry tomatoes, and oregano are typical products of this land.
Rooftop Solarium
Guests can access the solarium terrace on the building's roof. Smoking is permitted on the solarium terrace. The B&B uses environmentally friendly products and energy-efficient systems. Waste is separated for recycling.
Location near Appian Way
I Templari B&B is in Brindisi's historic center, near the Appian Way. The Brindisi Train Station is a 5-minute walk. The airport is 10 minutes by car. A bus stop less than 5 minutes away provides access to beaches, the airport, and the UNLB (United Nations Logistic Base). Landmarks nearby include the Monument to Italian Sailors (0.5 km), the Church of San Giovanni al Sepolcro (0.5 km), and the Castello Svevo di Brindisi (0.5 km).
