The hotel location was good, close to the beach and local amenities. The staff was amiable, and the breakfast service met my basic needs.

I was dismayed by the room condition. It showed significant wear and tear. The wallpaper was peeling in multiple places, something i consider unacceptable in accommodation charging these rates. the noise from adjacent rooms and hallway traffic was excessive, IT disrupted my sleep and relaxation .

the room looked quite lovely at first glance.

I stayed for three nights. the bathroom really needs an update. The discolored grouting was not pleasant at all. there was mold all over the window frames, they need a good cleaning.. and to use the fire exit and walk past bins for access between 10.30 pm and 9 am was not ideal.

the location was convenient to the beach. my room included biscuits and tea. the bed was comfortable, i SLEPT very well. parking was free, a great perk.

the breakfast service was a bit slow. it only ran for a half hour, and requesting refills took too long. a self-service option could improve this.

I am grateful for the convenient location because it was near a beautiful beach. The full English breakfast was tasty. The super king size bed was very comfy and I had off road parking. I'm glad I visited.

The room I was in was next to some fan. It hummed the whole time which was very annoying. No one said this when I booked the room, so I could have chosen if I wanted this noise. It give me a bad nights sleep.

the location was a short walk to the beach. staff were helpful and friendly. we found free car parking a bonus.

The room was next to a fan. It hummed constantly (.. The door moved whenever another door opened or closed. My dog was anxious and couldn't settle.
