Flawless Stay in a Decadent Suite

cute staff homemade shortbread good atmosphere excellent service

The staff members were cute. I enjoyed the room's sparkling water and still water. Homemade shortbread was also a nice, thoughtful touch. The bar offered a good atmosphere with great drinks, coupled with excellent service.

The restrictive drop off area limited the cars. On checkout, a long wait ensued before we had to walk to the main street with luggage. It was inconvenient with more than 1-2 cars and I was not happy.

The bar provides live music alongside reasonably priced drinks. Siren offers great food, a delight. Cocktails at Fire were excellent, everything tasted amazing.

top service, minor blips

helpful staff clean room modern room comfortable bed

i was really impressed with the hotel. the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. my room was very clean and modern, i must say. i found the bed and pillows were very comfortable, so i slept well.

the coffee machine in the bar not working created a minor inconvenience, i think. this was quickly solved, but it was a slight bump in an otherwise excellent experience. still, a great hotel!

the club double room had a spacious layout, you know. the room included a minibar stocked with various drinks and snacks. the bathroom featured complimentary toiletries and soft towels. i find the decor was modern and stylish.

i was impressed by the attentiveness and politeness of the team. staff were efficient at check-in and check-out. reception offered assistance with directions and information. it seemed like the staff were genuinely happy to help with my queries.

Really good Stay. Every Detail Perfected!

helpful staff fantastic room enjoyable drinks best hotel

I found the staff helpful and polite. My room was fantastic. The food and drinks in the Fire Bar were enjoyable. The hotel is the best I have experienced in the area. I will recommend it.

I noticed the drop-off area was somewhat limited. I experienced a short wait during checkout, so I walked to the street with my luggage. This setup can be inconvenient when multiple cars are present.

The room featured wonderful décor and comfortable furnishings. I found the bathroom lighting and space particularly good. This made getting ready very easy. The room was immaculate and well-kept.

The hotel provides valet parking. The Fire Bar offered a great atmosphere and varied drink selections. The hotel has amazing décor. The staff wore perfect attire, from bellboys in brass buttons to waiting staff in pinstripe suits.
