staff was friendly. my room was clean, i found the bed to be very comfortable. the bathroom was very clean also and the shower was easy to use. there is a bus stop nearby and two bus lines make transportation convenient.

the room wasnt big so there is not a lot of space if two people occupy it. rooms are really basic. towels could fit a child and there was only two. only one toilet roll left in room.

The room wasn't particularly big, so space was limited for two people.

The staff provided ALL info needed and offered help with bags. My room was super clean and cozy, moreover it felt secure. The bed was big and I slept really well. They provided toiletries, THAT was very handy.

My room was quite warm, and I could hear some road noise during the night.

The room I had was REALLY spacious and looked recently renovated. The beds were super comfy, I slept like a baby! Free coffee and tea were available in reception. there's a pool table for entertainment. I also found it was easy to walk to St James' Park.

small televisioncramped room

the television in the room seemed quite small especially considering it was supposed to be a family room. its placement on the wall also felt awkward making it difficult for everyone to comfortably watch together. additionally i found the room's size to be somewhat cramped. maneuvering around the bed proved challenging and i felt a bit restricted .
