transport hub spacious rooms quiet area hotel overhaul cobwebs old decor
the hotel was not far from the transport hub. rooms were spacious and the area was quiet which i like. i am sad i didnt try the breakfast. i would return, for sure.
the hotel is tired and needs a over haul. the decor needs freshening and curtains needs replacing.

complete overhaul tired decor
the hotel seemed quite tired, needing a complete overhaul. i noticed cobwebs in several places, including by the window during breakfast. the decor needs freshening up.

The staff were all friendly. From reception to the breakfast room and the leisure centre. the room was very clean, and the location was convenient. we also appreciated being able to leave our luggage at reception after check-out.

the staff were very cheery and helpful. i had an executive double room, more spacious than standard. everywhere was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel might benefit from some general updates. It feels a little tired.

the hotel is approximately a five-minute walk from the train station (very convenient). plenty of taxis are available, so transportation is easy to arrange if you prefer not to walk with luggage.

I found a good choice of cereal, fruit, and yoghurt available. juices, croissants, and toast were also available during breakfast. scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages were served. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

The hotel has leisure facilities that i enjoyed using . the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna were all clean. the gym provided a good selection of equipment. Everything was in working order.

the hotel suited my needs well, it was clean. i needed breakfast early before standard hours. the staff was really helpful. the room was a good size. i liked the gym and pool. the carpark had plenty of spaces.
the foyer feels grubby. that was a bad start as i walked in.
