Fantastic Location Near the Train Station!
convenient location airport buses italian breakfast
I found the location convenient, especially since it was so close to the train station! I could easily walk to the Malpensa airport buses in just a few minutes, a HUGE plus. The breakfast was good, typical Italian style!
The sound isolation wasn't the best, so I could hear some noise from outside.

The hotel offers a good breakfast. There are several restaurants and shops nearby the structure, providing guests with many dining options. They are really easy to access! The Mercato Centrale is also very close and has excellent food choices.

The hotel is near the main train station and the bus station serving Malpensa Airport and Bergamo Airport. The area secure hotel to walk around, and I could easily reach different parts of town. Its strategic position gives easy access to Verona and Lake Como.
Facilities

The hotel offers air conditioning, super useful during warm days. Clean towels were provided daily. The staff changes them every day! The hotel makes a pleasant impression as soon as you enter.

helpful staff convenient location clean room good breakfast
the reception staff was amazing and always available, i loved that they were helpful with directions and recommendations. the location was very convenient, near the central station and metro lines, , made it easy to get around. my room was always clean, and i really appreciated that. the breakfast offered a good selection of items.
the bathroom could use a few more shelves for toiletries, though everything else was fine.

the hotel features a 24-hour front desk, very helpful for late arrivals or early departures, the lift gave easy access to upper floors. free wifi is available throughout the hotel, a great help to stay connected.

My double room included air conditioning for temperature control and a tv for entertainment. the bathroom had a shower, and fresh towels were provided daily. This ensured a super clean and cozy experience. i was delighted with the firm bed and restful nights.

The breakfast area offered a selection of items. It included eggs, cold cuts, cheese, and pastries. yogurt. i found muesli, croissants and jam too. decent coffee helped me start my days.
