the room was very clean i appreciated that. the hotel was conveniently located near the bus route to the domestic terminal. i also was able to check in early that was much appreciated too.
the pillows were not comfortable they felt lumpy. i did not fall asleep until late. the alarm on the clock went off at 6.30am which was unexpected. the sheets were bunched up at my feet they were not tucked in properly.

The staff were helpful and well-mannered. Their service set a high standard for my stay. I found the room to be very comfortable and the bed provided really good comfort. I appreciated the convenient walk to Mascot train station.
The hotel could have clearer signage for the hotel shuttle pickup spot.

The lobby showcased magnificent floral arrangements that added to the ambiance. The hotel offered readily available sparkling water . The gym featured updated equipment, including several treadmills and stationary bikes, awesome for diverse workout routines. A business center provided computers and printers for guest use.
