the staff was super friendly they helped me check in early that was awesome i got complimentary bottled water in my room i loved that there was unlimited tea and coffee just one floor down that was very convenient

the bathroom felt smaller than expected it was hard to shower there was a damp smell in the room all the time and i noticed a wet patch on the floor it turned one of my towels yellow it was not ideal

i found the location amazing, with tram and bus stops right nearby! the hotel team members were cute and helpful . it was easy to find the place, and the pub downstairs offered a convenient dinner option.

the room had stuffy air and poor ventilation, relying on air conditioning, which wasn't great.
