The location overlooking the marina was acceptable.
The room cleanliness was subpar. Dust accumulated, a machine caused noise, and sleep was difficult. I informed the staff. They addressed it briefly, but the noise returned.

the hotel staff were friendly. the hotel includes a funicular, it saved me from climbing the slope. i received a membership and a discount at the hotel. i also got a free glass of champagne.
there was not enough milk in the room for coffee. i had to purchase a cup of milk from the bar. crisps near the coffee were also for purchase.

The hotel had a funicular. It provided easy access down to the lower street level. This feature was really useful. The view from the terrace over the port was amazing, we loved it. The staff were very friendly and nice.
Our room was somewhat small at 18 square meters. It felt quite cramped for a longer trip. I was surprised there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. The breakfast area reminded me of a school dining hall. It was indoors and large.
