i found some issues during my short stay. the hallways looked quite worn. the carpets had stains and rips. also, the bathroom was small. i barely had enough room to move around in the shower.

The breakfast had many options. A welcome surprise. the pool used saltwater! i visited rome monuments using a taxi arranged by staff. dinner at the concorde restaurant was delicious and offered excellent choices.

The hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to the airport. i walked to a restaurant near the river, it was a nice walk. the rooms seemed newly renovated. They were very very comfy and tidy.
i found that getting to the hotel by car was a bit tricky.

The airport shuttle cost eight euros per person. This was cheaper than a taxi or Uber. The hotel is within walking distance of a car rental company making pickup and drop-off easy
The pillows were hard and not comfortable at all. There was no creamer provided for coffee
