The location was perfect. I could easily walk to major attractions. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist, pamela was especially helpful! the free minibar restocked daily with water and soda was a good touch after a long day.

the room had some flies upon arrival, even after cleaning they kept returning, it was unpleasant. i heard noise from breakfast preparations very early in the morning.

The hotel staff was very helpful and polite, especially pamela at the front office, who answered all our questions with a smile. Her excellent customer service. the morning buffet breakfast staff was also polite, quickly removing used crockery.

the bedroom included robes and slippers. fresh towels were supplied regularly, a welcomed feature given the high humidity! a free minibar restocked daily kept us hydrated with water and soda, amazing!!!
