Excellent Boutique Hotel Experience
i found the staff friendly and helpful . the cleanliness of my room, a executive king room city view, was consistently high. i also appreciated the hotel's convenient location for exploring nearby attractions.
the street food market located directly in front of the hotel sometimes made it difficult to get a taxi or ride-share quickly, i experienced some inconvenience.

the staff were always ready to help. breakfast is good, i ate a lot. the rooftop view is great too!!!
there was no laundry facility so i had to call for laundry to be done.

the location is very convenient with malls and coffee shops nearby. the staff are polite and professional (always smiling!). a staff member helped me carry my luggage when i arrived and when i left. the rooftop breakfast had a good variety.

A nice stay
cute staff rooftop restaurant central location
I found the hotel staff very cute and always ready to assist. The breakfast service on the rooftop restaurant was a good start to each day. Its central location was AMAZING!!! I really appreciated having many attractions within walking distance.
My room had a noticeable issue with noise from the hallway. I could hear conversations and other guests passing by. This noise made it difficult to relax in the evenings.

the staff were polite. breakfast had a large selection.
my room was too small. it did not have a window, so it was claustrophobic. when i arrived to check in, my room was not ready. there was no apology or explanation.
