friendly staff real security

i experienced excellent service (it seemed like a retreat). the staff were always ready to assist. i particularly remember the security guards being especially friendly. their attentiveness gave a real sense of security and i'd like to thank them.

thuy and diep, our housekeepers, consistently delivered really good service. i noticed their attention to detail and their dedication to maintaining a clean environment. they ensured every corner was super clean. i am grateful for their commitment to excellence.

The event by the pool had very loud music. It was noisy. there was very little communication regarding that event happening until the last minute.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, very convenient. our long walking tours were quite accessible. It's a great spot for exploring nearby attractions, and i loved it.

The front desk staff and housekeeping were professional. they were warm, courteous, and helpful. They helped with every request. i especially appreciated the smiles and can-do attitude from diễm and nguyên, made things easier.
