I found the service rather lackluster. Some staff seemed uninterested. my room felt worn and could use some updating. the poor window fittings let in a lot of noise, especially at night.

The AC struggled to keep the room cool. Poorly fitted windows and doors let in a considerable amount of noise. I put in laundry first thing, but it came back late (around 9:45 pm one night).

The staff were very helpful and kind. The location is perfect (right by the Opera House!) for accessing attractions. I especially appreciated the plentiful breakfast with diverse choices and fresh fruit.
The soundproofing in my room was not perfect. Noise from outside was noticeable.

i enjoyed the spacious beautiful garden view room it featured large windows with natural light. the room included a comfortable king sized bed. i found the air conditioning system effective in maintaining a consistent comfortable temperature. the complimentary breakfast included fresh fruit pastries and a variety of hot dishes.
some of the furnishings showed minor signs of wear which is understandable given the hotel's age and high occupancy.
