the hotel has a strategic location close to ben thanh market cafes and a convenience store are also nearby breakfast included good vegetarian options i found the room spacious and very clean strong wifi was available a hot shower with a bidet worked well.

a broken toilet seat in my room was noted.

The location was really good for exploring. I found the staff consistently helpful with luggage. We had great walks to nearby attractions.. taxis were easily arranged.

the breakfast had variety each day i stayed, cool. the breakfast location was on the tenth floor with sunlight. i really loved the pho, a specific dish they make.

the gym had no air conditioning.

The location was convenient to get to many places. I found the staff to be helpful. I especially appreciated their attentiveness to my needs. My room was comfortable, and the bed felt good after long days.

The noise from the street was quite noticeable. I could hear it distinctly even from my room.

mixed feelings about this place

inadequate ac limited breakfast

honestly, the ac in my room barely worked it struggled to keep the room cool i found myself waking up sweating a few times that was not ideal the breakfast was also pretty underwhelming the selection was limited and not very fresh i ended up skipping it most mornings
