The location was very convenient for exploring, it's near many restaurants. I appreciated the rooftop breakfast, I could sit outside. The staff helped with luggage from the curb to my room, that was very useful.
The air conditioning system did not allow continuous operation, the room became hot each time I returned.

The hotel sits in a central area, it is easy to catch a city bus. I found many choices for food nearby. The hotel is near a park. It's opposite the hotel, really.

I stayed in a senior superior twin room. it was very clean. i liked that the location was strategic and close to many restaurants. the rooftop cafe was also nice. I enjoyed the food.
the receptionist at the front desk, seemed unhelpful. i booked a room with a window. i ended up in one without, it had a strange musty smell. the personal clothes did not dry inside the room!

The rooftop location for breakfast was a plus.
I had booked a room with a window, but I was told there was a problem at check-in. I was given a room without a window. Instead of a discount, they offered drink vouchers. I don't think that compensated for the downgrade.
