The room was large and had everything I needed (it was a Premium Beautiful Room). The swimming pool was clean. I found the breakfast had many options.

The reception staff forgot to bring my luggage to my room upon arrival. The hotel has a dampness problem. I could not switch off all the lights at night. One spotlight stayed on.

inefficient check-inodd smell

The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, and check-in took an unreasonably long time. there was a line, and only two staff members were actively assisting guests. It felt inefficient, and i was kept waiting. the room itself, a premium beautiful room, had an odd smell. it wasn't overpowering, but noticeable. I suspected it might be mold, and this made sleeping difficult.

The staff were friendly and professional. breakfast is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable. the gym is good, and the swimming pool area is stress free. there are many places nearby where the food is good and cheap.

i sometimes felt a wired smell in the corridors, and inside the room from the bathroom sewage.
