Underwhelming Stay, Service and Noise Issues

loud music unhelpful service

The room was large and well-kept.

The noise from a nearby event went on until late. Loud music ruined the peaceful atmosphere. This is not what I expected. The service was also slow and unhelpful. It took too long to get basic requests fulfilled.

the pool was awesome and the gym had everything i needed. staff was next level, they always anticipated my needs. i had riverfront pool villa, wow, everything i needed. the restaurant menu had so many options and every dish tasted awesome!

i had riverfront pool villa. the villa included a private pool facing the river and an outdoor seating area. inside, i had a big bed and a huge bathroom with all the amenities i could imagine.

this hotel offered a free speed boat to district 1. the boat ride was super convenient and pretty fun. i enjoyed watching the river and the city from the boat, it reminded me of a mini tour!
