I enjoyed my time here. moon was helpful with early check-in when my room was ready, and she turned on the air conditioning beforehand. It was so thoughtful! the room also had comfortable beds. good soundproofing, so i slept soundly.

I found this location a real gem. i was greeted with a fruit platter and a cool drink upon arrival. I appreciated this nice touch after traveling. the bedding was very comfortable (more than i expected). the location is close to nightlife and restaurants.

the walls are thin and i could hear noise from surrounding areas, particularly neighbors talking loudly early in the morning.

Excellent Stay in Central Location!

helpful staff lovely welcome great breakfast

The staff was cute and helpful. Hang booked my ticket. This was lovely with jet lag and a new country. Breakfast had fruit! I enjoyed suggestions I got on check in.

The room was a bit noisy since it was near a party area.

The room quality was disappointing because photos online looked heavily edited. I booked a Beautiful Double Room with a Balcony, but it looked dated. The mattress felt too soft and lacked basic amenities such as hand towels.

The staff was very kind and attentive. They provided luggage storage, allowing exploration without bags on our final day. A good breakfast included mostly local dishes.

Street noise was present because of the hotel's proximity to a busy street. This made sleeping a challenge despite using earplugs.

wonderful staff excellent recommendations tasty variety

the staff were wonderful. moon gave excellent recommendations for local food. the complimentary breakfast included a tasty variety of fruits, toast, eggs, and noodles. i felt so welcome .

the music from nearby bars was quite loud at night. it was hard to sleep without earplugs. i wish the soundproofing was better.
