central location amazing staff various options english channels

the hotel location is close to ben thanh market. the staff were amazing and provided assistance with a personal touch. the breakfast had many options and i was happy with that. i used the english speaking channels on the tv.

the rooftop bar offers a very pleasant sitting area with views. there are multiple pools on the roof, along with solstolar. the pools are not huge, but there are three separate ones, providing different depths.

The hotel is very close to the market. The staff were friendly and quick at check-in, a welcome sight after a long journey. I found the breakfast options good, with a wide selection of choices available. There were also English-speaking channels on the TV, which I found useful.

The pool area felt a bit small, though it was still comfortable enough in the heat.

I appreciated the location near Ben Thanh market. The breakfast and restaurant provided very good options. Staff members were helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi pool.

My room was very basic and old furniture did not function properly.

the location was ideal.. ben thanh market was just steps away. my room included a free minibar, stocked with two soft drinks, two bottles of water, and two beers upon arrival. the rooftop area featured jacuzzis, and these offered a relaxing experience after a long day.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms was noticeable. Hallway noise and voices were easily heard.

breakfast variety pho station central location broken hairdryer window absence room change

the breakfast had a good variety. i especially liked the pho and omelette station. the location is close to the market and many attractions. this made it easy to walk around.

i had issues with an in-room amenity. the hairdryer was broken but a replacement never arrived even after i asked several times. upon request, the room was changed.
