The staff was helpful and efficient. I found the breakfast fantastic and I could eat it on the roof terrace. It gave a great view of the city. I used their free amenities like pocket Wi-Fi. The A/C unit kept my room super cool.
My room did not have windows. There were very dim lights in the room. I did not find a mirror in the room. The minibar had only one soft drink and one beer.

the staff helped organize tours. breakfasts and afternoon tea were excellent and changed daily. the location allowed walking to many sights. overall, i found excellent value.
i found that the air conditioning could have been colder. the pillows and blankets also lacked a fresh scent. this minor issue slightly impacted the overall comfort.

i enjoyed the delicious banh mi and pho available for breakfast, as well as the freshly made vietnamese coffee. the staff members were helpful. i really appreciated the late check-out time at 12:30pm, because i had a later flight. overall, i would definitely return here.
i found the room a bit cramped. it would not be ideal if i was staying for more than just one night. the room i stayed in lacked a safe , which was inconvenient.
