the staff demonstrated proficiency during check-in.

the room was quite worn, with a carpet that looked rather dated. the shower presented an old-fashioned curtain instead of a modern glass enclosure. moreover, accessing wifi required a frustratingly complex process of obtaining a code, something i find unnecessary in a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The location had easy access to many restaurants and attractions. I was able to walk to several dining options. The room was a good size.

My bathroom was not very clean. I saw several hairs on the floor when I arrived. The shower pressure was weak. the towels felt rough and not absorbent.

the gym felt small. it could use more equipments. my window felt dirty. i noticed some potholes on the street outside the hotel. the street did not looked very nice.
