the staff was really cute upon arrival. i got a free upgrade to a larger room and appreciated the daily room service! the location was ideal because it was close to both the beach and the winter gardens. i found the hotel modern and tidy.

the exterior could use a bit of sprucing up.

Adequate Stay with Several Issues

damp smell broken tap

The room smelled strongly of dampness. It was very unpleasant, and I had to keep the window open constantly. The hot water in the sink did not work. I had to boil water to wash my hands. These issues detracted from what could have been a more comfortable experience. There were also some questionable stains on the carpet , made me think twice about walking barefoot.
