Adequate Stay with Several Issues

The room smelled strongly of dampness. It was very unpleasant, and I had to keep the window open constantly. The hot water in the sink did not work. I had to boil water to wash my hands. These issues detracted from what could have been a more comfortable experience. There were also some questionable stains on the carpet , made me think twice about walking barefoot.
