fantastic stay near palma's heart
easy accesskindnesscomfortable bedaged decor
the location was convenient, offering easy access to transportation. the reception staff displayed kindness and helpfulness throughout my visit. the room provided was impeccably clean and offered a comfortable stay. i found the bed to be very comfortable and contributed to restful nights.
i noticed the decor in both the bedroom and bathroom was somewhat aged. the bathroom doorframe showed visible signs of wear, which detracted a bit from the overall impression.

i found the location easy to reach. the central station and the city center are close by (just a short walk!). the room was nice and neat, with a spacious bathroom i really liked.
the walls in my room had bad scuffs and the internet connection was basically nonexistent, difficult to plan my days. the safe in my room did not work when i got there, a bit of a security worry.

The reception staff were helpful on multiple occasions, even assisting with directions and local recommendations. the location proved perfect. I found myself a short walk from plaza espana and the central bus station. the adjacent cafe offered both late drinks and lovely breakfasts.
The double bed was quite small. This was a minor inconvenience.

non-functional air conditioningstreet noise
The room I booked LACKED proper air conditioning. While there was a unit in the room, it was NOT functional (really disappointing). Given the June heat, this. Adding to the discomfort, my room faced a very busy street. I had to keep the windows open because of the lack of ac. This resulted in constant noise.
