I found the room cleaning to be ok. Breakfast had a good selection considering prices. Lucia at reception offered EXCELLENT service. The architecture from the 20th century was near.
The air circulation was POOR . Opening the window was the only option.

The staff members were nice and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of food options. The staff changed the towels in the rooms daily. They are helpful and solve all the requests.

street noisecigarette smell
i thought this hotel was well-located near the metro. my room was supposed to be quiet but street noise was noticeable. the air conditioning did not work well at night it was unbearable. also the hotel had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

I found the room layout appealing and the bed very comfortable. The curtains effectively blocked daylight, nice for a silent sleep. I also appreciated the in-room coffee machine it was a nice bonus after a long day. The staff at the front desk were helpful and provided complimentary water bottles.
The breakfast buffet could offer more variety in cold cuts, and labeling each item would be beneficial.
