a modern and practical stay

laundry option decent gym open bar

i found the gym adequate. it offers options for laundry. the bar being open 24 hours definitely works well for my schedule. Breakfast had enough selection.

the checkin process is very slow and complicated. i stayed in this hotel many times and the staff requested too much information from me for check-in. in addition, the check-in staff is not friendly as i experienced in the past.

slippery bathroom floor drainage issue

the staff were helpful and cute, a positive point.

i was frustrated when the water in my room didn't drain properly. the bathroom floor became very slippery when wet because of this, and the sandals provided offered no grip. it created a safety issue i didn't expect.
