i found the online check-in easy with the wikey link. there was also someone available to speak to for late check-in support. the accommodation matched the description as it was pretty new and clean. it included minimum requirements and services i needed.

the room was a little soulless and there was noone to support any requirements in person . i stayed during a heat wave and the absence of a fan or air conditioning.

i found the room to be quite noisy. this was due to its proximity to the street. i could also hear other customers using the stairs.

the electronic door entry systems worked efficiently. it was a staffless hotel , and this system was essential for access. the location is advantageous , near a lively part of town. i found it convenient for exploring the area and accessing nearby amenities.

my room lacked proper sound insulation , and i could clearly hear conversations from adjacent rooms. this made it difficult to relax and sleep , especially during peak hours. addressing this issue would greatly improve the guest experience.
