convenient location public transport food choices steep stairs minimal lighting data collection
the hotel's location proved very convenient , placing me close to key london attractions. public transport options were easily accessible nearby. i also appreciated the variety of food choices available in the area.
the stairs leading to the mezzanine level were quite steep , almost like ladders. the lighting in the room was minimal. i also found the check-in process involved unnecessary data collection , which raised security concerns.

The location was near public transport and a grocery shop. That was super handy! The room was soundproof when the window was closed, which I really liked. The shower was quite nice too. It made getting ready in the morning much easier!
The check-in process was strange and the room keys were more hassle than worth it honestly. I felt the reception staff could open the room remotely, so it didn't feel secure or safe. The room was clean but also tiny and run-down and that was disappointing.

The check-in process required giving personal data days in advance.. it involved activating doors online. i question the online system's security as there was no ability to lock from the inside. the walls and doors are thin. I could hear conversations in neighboring rooms.

convenient stay with good access
easy check-in late support clean accommodation minimum services
i found the online check-in easy with the wikey link. there was also someone available to speak to for late check-in support. the accommodation matched the description as it was pretty new and clean. it included minimum requirements and services i needed.
the room was a little soulless and there was noone to support any requirements in person . i stayed during a heat wave and the absence of a fan or air conditioning.

two bus stops are located within 100m of the hotelwith great convenience. a tesco shop is located 50m from the hotel and i saw a few pubs and restaurants in the nearby area.

the double room had a surprise beautiful view out the window with a setting area. it included a coffeemaker and items for breakfast including biscuits. i saw a hairdryer and coat hangers.

the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant but a costcutter is across the road. the tesco express next door is also convenient for quick meals and snacks. several pubs and restaurants are within walking distance.

solid stay for a quick trip

the electronic door entry systems worked efficiently. it was a staffless hotel , and this system was essential for access. the location is advantageous , near a lively part of town. i found it convenient for exploring the area and accessing nearby amenities.
my room lacked proper sound insulation , and i could clearly hear conversations from adjacent rooms. this made it difficult to relax and sleep , especially during peak hours. addressing this issue would greatly improve the guest experience.

the facilitation from the staff on the phone was helpful. the housekeeping staff also were considerate. i appreciated their responsiveness , which helped with certain requests i had .
