Very nice stay with really good service!

The hotel's central location was fantastic, placing me right in the heart of everything. My room had a fantastic view from the balcony. The team at Reception, breakfast, and even the cleaners were friendly and always available to help, attending to every request immediately. I felt pampered and well taken care of!
The elevator service was a bit slow at times.

Breakfast offered a great choice of fresh items. It was laid out with a view. Strong branded umbrellas are available, useful in rainy weather. The breakfast room has lights and overlooks the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele.

The double room was excellent, immaculate, and recently renovated! Beds are comfortable, and I got a chocolate on my pillow in a beautiful box each night. The room had plenty of storage space plus a coffee machine.
