"The property was lovely , staff were so welcoming , rooms were huge , they put us on first floor because pushchair but lift was available, they remembered our breakfast order and came in both days to clean our room and give us fresh towels and toliet roll , if walking from train station it's literally 5 minute walk and 5 minute walk to tram line and beach front"
