helpful staff clean room plumbing issues water noise
the staff was very helpful with directions. i also found the room to be clean (which is always a plus).
the sink in my room seemed to have some plumbing issues. the toilet made noise during the night (it was a bit hard to sleep).

The location allowed easy access to public transportation. I appreciated the proximity to metro stations and bus stops. I could easily leave food in the hotel fridge. The staff was very helpful with directions.
The sink in the bathroom drained very slowly, a slight inconvenience.

The hotel has a bus stop right across the street. the room had both tea and coffee, a plus for early mornings. the staff provided helpful directions. I appreciated their assistance with planning my routes around the city. my room included good quality bedding. The air conditioning worked well.
The elevator. I felt nervous using it each time. it also felt small with just two people inside.

the optional breakfast offered standard items such as breads and pastries. i noticed eggs, beans, fruit, strong coffee, and juices were available. it seemed a decent value.

my room had lots of space and included a big tv, i could watch several english stations. the air conditioning kept the temperature comfortable. i also noticed the room felt clean and the beds were comfortable.

The room had a reasonable size shower room. Its location allows access to many parts of the city. Metro and bus links exist close by.
The carpet seems pretty old and looks dirty.
