I stayed for a family event, and the location was very convenient. I walked only five minutes to the tube station. The room was VERY nice and neat. The hotel is close to many shops and various food options.

I could not locate a mirror near an electrical socket in the room, made styling my hair after showering somewhat challenging.

The reception staff was helpful and friendly. They showed me to my room upon arrival, which I appreciated. This personal touch gave a cute first impression and assured attentive service throughout my stay.

poor lightingbedroom mirror

our room lacked basic amenities, quite disappointing. i found no mirror in the bedroom, a real issue when trying to use a hairdryer. the lighting was also dim, hindering my ability to read in bed at night. plus, the absence of breakfast was like a significant oversight (i really needed a good start).

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

I found some aspects of my stay wanting. This could pose a serious problem with mobility issues. The absence of a mirror outside the bathroom made hair styling quite difficult. Finally, the basin lacked a plug, made washing properly impossible. These issues detract from the overall experience.
