The staff was friendly upon arrival. The room has a Nespresso machine and it worked fine. The beds are super comfortable in the room.

There was no lift. Carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was exhausting.

the staff was LOVELY, helpful and friendly. the hotel room had everything i needed, complete with a coffee machine and extra water. the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

no checks to see if we were comfortable were made.

SUPER Hotel Experience!

convenient location clean room comfortable room various food

I stayed for a family event, and the location was very convenient. I walked only five minutes to the tube station. The room was VERY nice and neat. The hotel is close to many shops and various food options.

I could not locate a mirror near an electrical socket in the room, made styling my hair after showering somewhat challenging.

The reception staff was helpful and friendly. They showed me to my room upon arrival, which I appreciated. This personal touch gave a cute first impression and assured attentive service throughout my stay.

The hotel provides coffee and tea in the rooms, a NICE amenity. There is an iron with an ironing board as well as plenty of space for hanging clothes. The bathroom had ample toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

poor lighting bedroom mirror

our room lacked basic amenities, quite disappointing. i found no mirror in the bedroom, a real issue when trying to use a hairdryer. the lighting was also dim, hindering my ability to read in bed at night. plus, the absence of breakfast reminded me of a significant oversight (i really needed a good start).

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

steep stairs missing plug

I found some aspects of my stay wanting. There was no lift, so reaching my room involved navigating many stairs. This could pose a serious problem with mobility issues. The absence of a mirror outside the bathroom made hair styling quite difficult. Finally, the basin lacked a plug, made washing properly impossible. These issues detract from the overall experience.
