i booked direct and got seven nights of free onsite parking, it was fantastic. the room included a decking area from the bedroom patio doors. it overlooked the grounds.
the pub is across the road. it serves food but requires a short walk.

bad coffeepoor lighting
The breakfast was really disappointing. it was described as continental, but there were no croissants or pastries available. Only toast and cereals. the coffee tasted bad and i couldn't drink it. the steps down to reception need better lighting too. I almost fell.
The hotel room was very spacious. i liked the bathroom. It included a great shower and a big space. staff members were very friendly and helpful. early check in was very good.
breakfast had little choice but it was fine.

The hotel has a perfect location near bristol airport. Only five minutes drive away. going into bristol in the evening took only twenty minutes by car. the view from the hotel was lovely.

Breakfast included a smaller section but the choices were very nice. there is a pub a short walk away. It is named the darlington arms. the pub provides many options to eat. We ate a delicious meal.

The manager greeted us and was warm and cute at reception. It did not cause confusion. the receptionist booked a taxi for us as requested. I appreciated this service.
