The room had a beautiful design, complete with nice lighting and a spacious italian-style shower. I also appreciated the ample number of outlets available. the location was great. The underground station was just a short walk away. i found the 24-hour lobby desk very convenient.

I requested a room cleaning but the staff only changed towels and made the beds. They failed to replace used coffee cups or replenish the coffee supply. this was a minor inconvenience, but i hope it will be addressed.

the breakfast was very good, with a selection of teas, and the staff was helpful. i found the breakfast to be a satisfying start to the day, offering enough choice. excellent teas were available.

the room was super clean, and the bathroom was modern and very clean? the bed was comfortable! i appreciated the inclusion of multiple cushions and the availability of tea and coffee in the room. the air conditioning was effective.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is close to the underground station and the reeperbahn. the st pauli u-bahn station offers convenient access to both the airport and the city centre. many great cafes and restaurants are nearby.

the hotel's location proved quite convenient for accessing nearby attractions it was acceptable.

the check-in process was notably slow i encountered a significant delay at reception. the room cleaning was inconsistent i had to request service multiple times . also the air conditioning seemed to have some issues.

The room lacked storage. There was no wardrobe to hang clothes. asking for fresh towels and basic cleaning felt odd. the air conditioning seemed to switch off frequently (maybe every hour), causing some discomfort during the day, especially after being out late. it made it hard to get good rest.
