i found professional staff there they were really top notch. i loved how happy everyone seemed and i really can't wait to return. the breakfast included plentiful options it was varied too. the shuttle to the airport made my journey hassle free it was an added bonus.

the shower head had a very poor flow it was clogged. also i found no plug for the bath or sink. the absence of complimentary water at this grade of hotel surprised me.

This hotel definitely ticked all my boxes. I found the breakfast to be varied and plentiful. The pool area provided a true oasis of calm. The free shuttle to the airport was an added bonus. It made for a very easy journey.

I found the hotel to be mostly satisfactory, but the lack of complimentary water in the room was surprising for a hotel of this standard. I believe providing water would enhance guest satisfaction. This small detail could improve the overall experience.
