underwhelming stay, some issues
rude manager key issues
i had some issues with service. the breakfast buffet manager, sebastian, was quite rude to my family. also, my room keys stopped working before the extended checkout time i had confirmed.

amazing stay at a beautiful hotel!
large selection fresh fatayer arabic sweets
The iftar featured a large selection of mezze, salads, starters, mains, and desserts. I especially liked the freshly made fatayer with cheese and spinach and the rajma chaat. The bespoke shawarmas prepared outside were a real treat, alongside fresh meat cuts. The dessert section dedicated to Arabic sweets was fabulous!!!
I had to PAY for ice, just unbelievable, especially considering the overall cost of the stay. This fee felt unnecessary and somewhat detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

fantastic experience
smooth check-in amazing smile large lounge amazing food
i had a smooth check-in thanks to yogesh he showed us what we could do at the hotel very professionally. manal and laila served special moroccan coffee in the lobby they had amazing smiles. tanzim the receptionist encouraged us to enjoy the hotel it was nice. the m club lounge is large it offers amazing food and drinks it's a perk.

the creek kitchen provides a variety of food options satisfying many tastes this includes a sumptuous selection of dishes. the m club lounge elevates the dining experience with elevated service it's a wonderful plus. the breakfast was delicious too and had a very good selection

i stayed in a beautiful twin room with creek views it offered superb views day and night from the windows. the room was spacious and modern it featured a bath. the room included daily shuttle service to dcc mall kite beach , made traveling easier
