The hotel location is excellent. It is near the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

The room was not clean. There was dust on the floor, and my sister found a cockroach. I will not recommend this place.

maricris at reception got me an early check in, so nice. she helped me upgrade my view and that was great too. other staff helped with taxis and luggage. food was good, especially omelets made outside during breakfast!

the hotel lacked a bar, which i found a bit limiting for evening relaxation.

the hotel is near a convenience store, so that was helpful. hailing a cab was easy as well, it made getting around quite convenient. many shops and restaurants are located in walking distance.

The suite had EVERYTHING I needed. There was a refrigerator and a fridge. I also found an oven and a dishwasher. The washing machine was VERY useful.

The receptionist changed his attitude after I declined an upgrade. He became distant and unpleasant. The bellboy seemed only interested in a tip. The tip I offered in euros was not satisfactory.
