efficient valet parkinglong check-in time
the valet parking guys did an excellent job they were efficient and helpful.
check-in took far too long i had to wait over three hours to get to my room it was not a pleasant experience.

Surprise Birthday Success!

The staff was amazing, from the security guard at the door to Clarissa at the reception. Ilham and the restaurant staff were also fantastic. Victoria from guest relations helped us surprise the birthday girl. I REALLY appreciated her effort in making the celebration special.
The breakfast selection could use some additions. It seemed catered more to specific tastes, leaving fewer options for other guests.

the hotel features a clean pool that is accessible for the whole family. There is also a well-equipped fitness center with several cardio machines and free weights, nice for a complete workout routine . I appreciated the variety.

Underwhelming Stay with Road Noise and Check-In Issues

The room was quite noisy. I could clearly hear traffic from the busy road nearby and conversations outside, this was despite being on the 5th floor. The windows did not seem to block sound well. I waited over three hours to check in and did not get my room until 5 PM. The staff did not seem concerned about the delay.

The breakfast bar offered a very big variety of food for all tastes. The room was quite spacious and the view of the pool provided a pleasant sunrise experience. Beds were nice and comfy.
I received a call the next day regarding a missing alarm clock. I felt shocked by such accusation, questioning their approach to handling missing items.
