Rooms and Apartments
The simply furnished units include a separate living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Private bathrooms have a shower. Some rooms face the main road and can hear traffic noise, while quieter rooms are available on the opposite side. Bathrooms are compact, with no separate shower area in some units. Rooms are generally clean and spacious, with powerful air conditioning.
Dining and Refreshments
There is no restaurant on site. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Upon arrival, guests are often welcomed with Arabic coffee and kunafa. An excellent bakery is 50 metres away for breakfast, and several affordable restaurants are within walking distance. Staff can also order food from nearby places.
Leisure and Entertainment
Free WiFi is available in all areas. The lobby provides a space to relax with complimentary drinks and sweets. For recreation, Red Sea Mall is a 10-minute drive away, and the Corniche is also 10 minutes by car. Aya Mall (Saco World) is directly opposite the hotel.
Location and Transport
The hotel is a 7-minute drive from King Abdulaziz International Airport. It faces Aya Mall on Prince Sultan Road, with easy access to online taxis that arrive within 1-2 minutes. Red Sea Mall and the Corniche are both 10 minutes away by car. The area has several restaurants, cafes, and a large Bin Dawood store in the mall opposite.
Services and Staff
The 24-hour front desk provides concierge service, an ATM, and invoice upon request. Staff members such as Aminul, Ehab, and Saleem are known for prompt, helpful service, including early check-in, late checkout, luggage assistance, and complimentary drinks and snacks. The hotel offers free underground parking (note: spaces are narrow), laundry, ironing, and rooms for guests with disabilities.

The apartments themselves felt like home, with useful kitchenettes and comfortable beds contributing to a very pleasant stay that felt surprisingly generous for the price.”
