the check-in process used machines.. it seemed a little confusing at first. the staff offered helpful support. a family mart store is conveniently located within the building, and it had a wide variety of items.
i noticed a slight layer of dust on the ceiling in my room.

The hotel is one train stop from the airport I found this very convenient for my early flight. A free shuttle to the airport is available and I booked it upon check-in for my convenience. The hotel also provides easy access to the train station a short walk away connecting me quickly to other destinations.

A convenience store is located on Level 2 and it operates 24 hours a day so snacks and necessities are always available I was very grateful for this.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and they understood English well which I appreciated. The check-in and check-out processes were very fast and efficient so I never had to wait long. They promptly addressed my inquiries.

My twin room was spacious compared to other hotels I stayed at during my trip I really appreciated this. The room was also spotlessly clean and well-kept adding to my comfort. I felt very relaxed.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station which is only a short walk away I liked this a lot. The hotel is also within walking distance of a factory outlet so I was able to do some shopping. This was a great bonus.

The airport shuttle bus service was very convenient. I found an on-site convenience store that was useful. The hotel is close to the train station. This made travel easy.
The room felt a little tired. The color scheme seemed somewhat dull.
