The location was acceptable, placing me conveniently close to the main attractions.

The shower drain was slow. Water backed up easily. I had to place toilet paper in a wastebasket, not the toilet. Mosquitoes were present in December. I received multiple bites and had trouble sleeping.

the location was CENTRAL, near many tourist sites. it was half an hour from the airport. i spent time enjoying the scene from MY balcony overlooking piazza bellini. communication was great.

the entrance of the palace is terrible and decadent. the lift is a nightmare.

alberto greeted me with such warmth. he offered wonderful advice about local restaurants and attractions. the room included a balcony overlooking the bellini piazza, offering a marvelous view. the room was very clean and spacious.

the elevator was quite small and clunky. it made traveling with luggage a bit challenging. it required patience
