AMAZING stay at city center

helpful host clean room amazing balcony

The host was helpful. He arranged our taxi. I enjoyed the balcony overlooking the square. The room was very beautiful and SO clean.

Acceptable Location, Noticeable Issues

slow shower drain multiple mosquito bites

The location was acceptable, placing me conveniently close to the main attractions.

The shower drain was slow. Water backed up easily. I had to place toilet paper in a wastebasket, not the toilet. Mosquitoes were present in December. I received multiple bites and had trouble sleeping.

central location sicilian wine

i stayed in a double room with a balcony it faced the piazza bellini. i could easily walk to major tourist sites nearby. the host provided sicilian wine upon arrival it was a nice touch.

the hotel offered breakfast at cafe opera across the piazza, it was a croissant and coffee. i could watch the square from the balcony. there were also many restaurants nearby. the owner was helpful.

central location great balcony easy communication

the location was CENTRAL, near many tourist sites. it was half an hour from the airport. i spent time enjoying the scene from MY balcony overlooking piazza bellini. communication was great.

the entrance of the palace is terrible and decadent. the lift is a nightmare.

a charming italian escape

warm advice marvelous view

alberto greeted me with such warmth. he offered wonderful advice about local restaurants and attractions. the room included a balcony overlooking the bellini piazza, offering a marvelous view. the room was very clean and spacious.

the elevator was quite small and clunky. it made traveling with luggage a bit challenging. it required patience
