convenient location airport access soundproofed room unbothered staff slow wifi poor water pressure

The location is convenient for airport access using the tram. The hotel is close to the tram and bus 21 (I used it to go to the city centre). The room was soundproofed very well. I could see cars and planes, but I couldn't hear them.

The staff seemed bothered when I checked in. I got a room that was less than what I booked (it was disappointing). The water pressure was the worst and the wifi was very slow.
