I found the staff very helpful, especially when I lost my suitcase padlock key. They proactively found the tool to open the lock. The hotel's location is very convenient, a short walk to Terminal 4 via a covered walkway. I also appreciated the good variety of food offered.

The location is AMAZING!!! It is very close to the airport. I walked across the bridge. It was so convenient. I checked in early to get luggage tags and then walked back to the hotel. Checking out by noon was easy!!!

The room smelled odd, and the bathroom was not thoroughly clean.
