Comfortable Stay with Convenient Amenities

great convenience ground floor convenient location

I found the location quite convenient. It's just outside the city centre! There is a high street nearby with eateries, a Co-op, and a Tesco Express. Many shops are available. The kitchen on the ground floor was a great convenience. It provided everything needed. I found the excellent hot water in the shower very refreshing!

I noticed the garden could use some upkeep. The lawn was uncut.

The room was clean, and the bed felt very comfortable. I found free wi-fi, a great amenity. Parking outside was easy, and electric buses provided convenient transport into the city center, it was great.

The process to check in online felt a little difficult. I needed to pay a deposit. I couldn't reach anyone over the phone when I had a question. I found that inconvenient.

i found parking just outside, great. the room had enough space, and the bed was really comfortable. the owner helped me a lot over the phone with some things, which i appreciate.

the pre-check in process online was a bit tricky, and i couldn't reach anyone by phone.

sticky furniture cheap furniture

the location was okay. it was near a street with shops.

the furniture felt sticky and cheap. i think even the chair fabric had paint on it. the toilet brush was disgusting. the carpets did not have underlay either.

charming stay!

local shops excellent wifi

I appreciated the proximity to local shops and eateries just around the corner. The kitchen on the ground floor offered ALL the necessary amenities. I found the hot water in the shower particularly enjoyable on the ground floor. Wifi access was excellent throughout my stay.

I noticed minimal parking options. I parked on the street kerb. Leaving earlier to avoid a ticket was necessary. This situation was a bit inconvenient.

The super fast WiFi aided my digital needs smoothly. Location was ideal near eateries. The big room was very cleanwith comfort. I would love to stay again. I'm disabled so was a bit worried about finding a parking space near enough.
