quiet street friendly staff good location

the location was good. it was close to the tower. the street was quiet. the staff was very friendly, which i appreciated.

the window felt a little drafty, but it was not a big problem.

The location was close to the tower. I found the street quiet. The room was clean. Staff members were very friendly.

The window felt drafty. My kids slept in bunk beds right by the window. The room was small and I saw no space between the bunk beds and the double bed. I noticed a base board on the top bunk was not properly secured.

i found the bed very comfy and tidy. the en suite bathroom was very practical. i also appreciated that there was plenty of tea, coffee, and milk available in the room.

the room was a bit small.

Cozy and Clean Getaway

I had a late arrival, yet the staff checked us in with a smile. The bed proved wonderfully comfy, a true highlight after a long day. The room was lovely and clean. The location was pretty good and I found it quite easy to get around (public transportation is close by).

The toilet did not flush properly.

Though breakfast wasn't available (I knew this beforehand), I had a kettle in my room. I made coffee each morning which was ideal to get me going. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
