the location was great. i was literally beside the seaside, very convenient. the staff were cute (the male staff especially).

the shower drained very slowly, a bit inconvenient. the room seemed very tired. the whole hotel could use a refurbishment (maybe soon?).

The manager was very helpful. He was available when needed. the hotel was always clean, and the room was tidy. i would book again. also, the location was great. I found it near the velvet coaster.

the shower was small, and the curtain stuck to me when i showered. the floor got very wet, so i had to wipe it constantly with a towel. i hope this will be solved soon.

the owner carried all our bags upon arrival. we had booked two separate double rooms, but he asked if we wanted to see the family room and have that instead, a real treat. it included an adjoining room for the kids. the location was GREAT near the fair and amusements. there was a games room on the ground floor where we played pool with the kids.

the room could use some updating, though everything was clean.

the hotel is near the beach, the sandcastle, and amusements. this made it very easy to access all the attractions. proximity to these key spots was a significant benefit for our family. the tram station nearby was helpful for getting around too.

Mark is just great. He is a funny guy. the staff i met were very polite and very courteous. it felt so nice that i have booked again for this sunday.

the double room we booked was small and tight, i thought. the bathroom felt unclean.
