The staff was helpful . Breakfast offered a complete selection. I found that to be pleasant. The location allowed close access to the Reeperbahn, a benefit for my travel plans.
My room lacked a kettle. The area around the hotel had limited options for affordable food outside of tourist-oriented shops. This made it hard to find reasonable prices. The noise level was high at night. I had difficulty sleeping.

The hotel sits very close to the reeperbahn. rooms included ample storage space for luggage and belongings. the staff were helpful. A gentleman at the front desk surprised us with a celebratory glass of sekt after breakfast for a birthday. It was thoughtful.
the noise levels can be high due to the location near nightclubs.

the hotel's location was unbeatable for my needs i attended a concert at gruenspan a short walk away the convenience this provided was very valuable to me the room had nice furnishings and felt comfortable after a long day of travel the breakfast was hearty and diverse offering many options to start the day.
i only got one room key this caused some minor inconveniences when my travel companion and i wanted to go our separate ways
