sewage smell drafty balcony door

the location was acceptable, close to everything. (i guess that's something.)

I encountered a couple of serious problems. the bathroom had a sewage smell. Not exactly what you want first thing in the morning. plus, the balcony door didn't close properly, so it was drafty and noisy at night. (seriously, i reminded me of i was camping.)
