a decent stay near THE beach
good location big windows pool table small bathroom black mould heater issue
The location IS definitely a plus. It's near the beachfront, which I liked. The room had big windows, which let in a good amount of light. There also was a pool table, and my kids enjoyed playing.
The bathroom was small. I saw some black mould in the bathroom. the room felt cold. The heater didn't work as well as it should have.

a warm welcome and great service
big windows fun bonus warm atmosphere
The big windows were really nice! the pool table was a fun bonus. My kids enjoyed it so much and it was free if you timed your pound right. it was also very nice and warm, lovely after being out all day. i appreciated these little extras .
i think the carpets could have used a deep clean, but it really wasn't a huge issue.

the quadruple room had a private bathroom and was a good size for my family. the beds were comfy and the room was quiet, so everyone slept well. i felt the room was adequately equipped and suitable for a short stay.

the hotel offered a pool table and it kept the children entertained for hours. there was plenty of tea and coffee available, which i always appreciate. i saw a smoking area available who smoke.

the managers were very friendly and helpful. michelle, especially, always had a smile and greeted us every morning! they provided towels when we asked for them, very convenient.

friendly staff great location tea facilities
the staff was very friendly. the location is close to the seafront. my room included coffee and tea making facilities along with a refrigerator.
the hallway carpet had a couple of stains.

my room was quite spacious. the surfaces plus the carpets were clean. the bedding was fresh and well maintained, with ample pillows provided, this ensured a restful sleep . the bathroom was functional.

while there is no full restaurant onsite, the provision of tea and coffee was useful. the inclusion of a fridge in the room allows for personal storage. i saw several restaurants nearby.

the owners were quite cute and friendly. they ensured i felt comfortable . their attentiveness greatly contributed to a good atmosphere within the hotel.

adequate stay overall
polite staff helpful owner mould issue wallpaper condition
the staff were really polite. they always helped me when i needed them. the owner was friendly and helpful. the location is near many attractions too.
the hotel needs some updating. i saw mould in the shower. the wallpaper was coming off in places and that isnt very nice or hygienic.
