A&P at The Sheron House provides rooms with en suite bathroom facilities including a shower, hairdryer, and complementary toiletries. Each room includes an LED Smart flat-screen television, adequate storage, fitted wall lights above the bed, and USB charger points. Rooms also feature fresh towels, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits, fridges with fresh milk and waters, and chocolate. Hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, fans, alarm clocks, and extra blankets and pillows are available in every room. Some units feature a seating area. Rooms include free WiFi. Safety features include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, and a first aid kit.

A full English or vegetarian breakfast is served each morning at A & P at The Sheron House. Healthy options including fresh fruit smoothies, porridge, and granola are available. The bar, "The Queen Vic," is fully stocked with plush seating. Guests are asked to vacate the bar area of the guest house by 9pm.
The Sheron House is situated in the North area of Blackpool, a 3-minute walk from the sandy beach and a 15-minute walk to the North pier. Blackpool Tower is a 5-minute walk. The center of town, featuring stores such as Primark, M & S, and Wilko, is nearby. The world-famous Funny Girls and the main entertainment hub with cabaret bars, karaoke bars, clubs, and restaurants are a short walk away. The Sea Life Centre, Louis Tussaud's Waxworks, and Blackpool Pleasure Beach are within a 10-minute drive down the Promenade. Blackpool North station is a 15-minute walk. Guests can catch a tram or bus at the end of the street to visit Bispham, Fleetwood, and Cleveleys. A&P Sheron Holiday Homes are a 5-minute bus ride into Ingoldmells.
A&P at The Sheron House offers complimentary wireless Internet access and a television in the lobby. Free on-street parking is available, and free parking is available in neighboring streets. From November up till Good Friday, parking is allowed on both sides of the street.
