Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

I loved the room's spaciousness. The modern kitchen was a delight, with a lovely garden just outside. The provided fridge and microwave were useful additions. The cozy room and super clean bathroom were wonderful!!!

The toilet door in my room needed a small adjustment for smooth closure. The top edge seemed to catch slightly. It was a minor issue, though.

The host responded promptly to my questions. The key was left in a secure lockbox for my late arrival, helpful. This arrangement made my check-in seamless and stress-free.

The host was helpful. She accommodated a late check-out request. The location is great, especially with the tube station within WALKING distance.

The staff was very accommodating to every changing need. They were great in supporting everything. Sandy was particularly helpful with all requests. COMMUNICATION was clear and prompt.

The hotel is close to the tube station. It makes accessing central areas easy. Multiple shops and restaurants are nearby. The surrounding area is generally quiet during evenings, i noticed.

The room was spacious. It included a fridge and freezer and a kettle. Complimentary tea and coffee were provided. The garden was well maintained, and it had a seating area.

The toilet door could not be closed completely. The top of the door needed some planning off. The curtains could not be drawn shut. Pigeons in the loft made a racket all night long.
